Centre for Tourism Training & Research (Wildlife Clubs of Kenya College) wishes to
recruit lecturers in the following areas of specialization.
1. Catering and Accommodation Operations Management
2. Travel and Tour Guiding
Reporting to the Principal, the lecturers will undertake teaching, learning, programme
development, administration and other duties assigned to them.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Ensuring effective student learning.
Ensuring quality evaluation and enhancement in student learning, teaching,
research work, delivery and management of courses and programmes.
Coordinating practical training
Offering guidance and support to students.
Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National diploma in their areas of discipline
Must have 3+ years of teaching knowledge and experience in examining KNEC
diploma OR certificate courses
Should have outstanding presentation, teaching, interviewing, problem analysis
and listening skill.
Strong computer skills, including high level of proficiency in MS Excel,
PowerPoint, and Word.
Possession of pedagogical training will be an added advantage
