Art & Essay Competitions

Wildlife Clubs of Kenya organizes countrywide art and essay competitions to schools. The competitions are open to pupils and students in primary and secondary schools as well tertiary level institutions. The competitions give a chance to the students to address a specific conservation theme through drawing and writing. By participating, students express their inner aspirations and feeling on the conservation subject. An annual award ceremony is organized for the winners who also get a full sponsored one week trip to Kenya’s national parks and reserved.

Every year winners of the national art and essay competition get an invitation for a colourful awarding ceremony in Nairobi at the WCK headquarters.

Trip to Conservation Area

After the ceremony, winners are given a full sponsored one week trip to various conservation areas in Kenya mostly National Parks and Reserves amongst others. It's always a memorable tour that brings the winners together as a family as they travel, learn and discover the country’s wildlife and attractions in a fun and unique way.
